EXCHANGE, RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
The Toy Box is committed to the complete satisfaction of its customers.
For any defective or broken product upon receipt, we undertake to exchange or give a credit for a product of the same value. The defect must be declared by the customer within 15 days of receipt of the item.
All fabric, handling, chewing, hair accessories, stuffed animals, puppets and cushions are final sales
The subscription boxes being at special prices, are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Cancellation of the My Box GAME subscription
The subscription must be canceled 2 weeks before the next renewal date.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your exchange request.
If your request is approved, then a new article will be sent to you. In the event that this item is no longer available, you will receive a credit note on the next subscription box

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $ 75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
