EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
Le Coffre à Jouets is committed to the complete satisfaction of its customers. We agree to exchange, give store credit or refund for any product provided it is in its original packaging and is accompanied by proof of purchase, within 30 days of date of purchase, under the following conditions:
The item must be in the original packaging, not have been opened and returned in new condition.
All products to be handled, hair accessories, plushes, puppets and cushions are final sales
For Lego, Playmobil and Ravensburger products, it is important to contact the companies (Lego, Playmobil and Ravensburger) for all missing products and parts.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your exchange request.
If your request is approved, a new item will be sent to you. In case this item is no longer available, you will receive a credit note in store or a gift card of value equal to your purchase

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return costs will be deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
- If you are shipping an item valued at more than $ 75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
